# Give your agent the fly CLI

On the heels of the new Fly MCP, we want to make it even easier for your agents to help you use Fly. We've added two new commands to flyctl, the Fly CLI: `fly skills` and `fly setup agent`.

`fly skills` will install agent skills in whatever agent you prefer to use. These skills help your agent understand what Fly can do and how to get it done for you. Those skills are [in this Github repo](https://github.com/superfly/skills) so you can see exactly what they do. Read more details [in our docs](https://docs.fly.io/model-context-protocol/agent-skills). It is available in `v0.5.1`.

`fly setup agent` goes a few more steps toward making your agent a Fly expert by installing the same skills above, alongside an MCP configuration for the Fly MCP, and facilitates authenticating you with the MCP. See examples and details [in our docs](https://docs.fly.io/model-context-protocol/setup-agent). Future plans for this command might include more interactive plugins or visualization tools. It will be available in `v0.5.2`.

Let us know what you'd like your agent to be able to do with Fly.
